DC x Sixpack Double Label Project

For Spring 2010 DC has collaborated once again with influential French store and brand Sixpack, featuring designs from graphic artist PMKFA. Sober and monochromatic, the designs by PMKFA lure you into its psychedelic insides. Patterns are based on both the obvious and the not-so-obvious elements of street culture. Turn the shoe upside down and get an insight in PMKFA’s vision of street-entrepreneurship, taking lessons from 90’s hip hop and the idea that life is like a chess game: creativity, the need to always stay sharp, and the goal of making your next move your best move.

Two distinctive DC silhouettes, the Admiral and Sector 7, were recruited for this collection and are accompanied by premium apparel consisting of two t-shirts labeled, Oneness and Marble & Ink, and a Six Years fitted New Era Cap.

Hieroglyphics x Hella Tight “Bombay” Fitted Cap

Hella Tight works in this new joint effort with Del The Funky Homosapien from the Hieroglyphics. The cap features a Melton wool upper, leather button/visor, and 3M reflective Hieroglyphics logo, dubbed the “Bombay” after his classic track Dr. Bombay. Get this Hella Tight at their online store.

The Clink Room launches their first limited edition New Era release following their Tulsa Drillers Phase IV moniker. The cap features a signature Italian cork board underbill with custom embroidered detailing. Only 150 caps were produced, each hand numbered and personally signed by the project designers, who are the same duo responsible for all official Major League Baseball and Minor League logos. Huf SF/LA In-Store Exclusive New Era Caps

Huf will be dropping limited edition New Era caps that will compliment and be exclusive to their relative flagship storesSan Francisco and Los Angeles. The black SF version will be exclusive to the Sutter store and the blue LA version at the Fairfax location, comparable to each city's MLB team. Both caps are limited to 75 pieces. Release date is this Saturday, April 11th.

Upper Playground New Era Caps

Upper Playground is dropping New Era caps in April in two styles, which include the art of David Choe, and the other a variation of the UP logo. The second April release features the “Walrus Crowd” graphic that features a gang of walruses. The art is embroidered all over the hat in regal purple. The hat is fully lined and features a matching purple under-brim.
